TREASURES OF THE SIERRA MADRE: 1 HR Video Special
Under the auspices of Dinamation International Society and the University of Mexico, filmmaker Robert Dunlap exclusively documented the first joint U.S. / Mexican dinosaur expedition. Beginning in Saltillo, Coahuila, the expedition features the works of muralist Elena Huerta and visits local sites ranging from the majestic Santiago Cathedral to the surrealistic Hugo's Yogurt Shop with its extensive fossil collection amid a whimsical dinosaur-themed menu.

The group of U.S. and Mexican paleontologists then journey to El Barril to explore the evidence of a mile-high tidal wave which swept inland up to 100 miles, exposing the universal boundary between the age of the dinosaurs and their extinction.

Through the villages of Rincon Colorado, San Antonio and Aqua de la Mula, where the first Mexican dinosaurs were discovered, the explorers uncover new species of dinosaur, the largest dinosaur skin impressions ever found and a fully articulated dinosaur skull.
